Control room

SPL SHUTTLE has available with its own multifunction control room. In preference it serves as an alarm receiving centre (ARC ) for transport monitoring and communication with our clients.

The control room is in operation for 24 hours every day / 7 days a week as for goods monitoring, and also for many – sided special help for clients. The client is by means of the control room well-informed about the transport movement. He has got a possibility to take advantage of verification by the help of an internet or a phone. SPL SHUTTLE dispatchers communicate in English and are holders of an international certificate for service achievement in the field of property and persons security.

The control room in CZ is interconnected with the system of other control rooms in frame of AGS Groep and Eurowatch company. Thanks to this it solves occured critical situation on the territory of Europe in the shortest possible time. Control rooms cooperate with the police and dispose own escort cars.

In the case that the client has already installed a personal electronical monitoring equipment we can connect this one to our ARC. In such a case there is a guarantee of the usage of all services of electronical monitoring accessible for the existent tracking equipment.
